Sit in a dark place, like a closet or bathroom for a few minutes. Let your eyes adjust to the darkness. Then exit and walk into a bright room or turn the lights on where you are. What does this experience reveal about being able to see, or having vision?
How have you been in darkness lately?
Are you walking in light?
What is the new light you have or discovering about the direction for your life?
Is there anything that needs a shift? What would that be?
How will the transition from darkness to light affect you or others?
5 This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. 6 If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 John 1:5-7
